Return Policy
It may take around 25 days for an item to reach back to us once you return it. Once It is received at our Product fulfillment facility, it takes around 2 business days for us to process the refund within 3-5 business days the refund amount will be credited in your account.
A return label will be required to return the item that you have to manage at your own expense. We will automatically refund a certain amount for return postage costs mentioned on receipt of the item but if in case your return postage exceeds that amount; there will be need to contact our Customer Service Center so as to initiate a refund of the remaining postage cost as well. If an incorrect, defective or damaged item is returned, full postage cost will be refunded, with your Import Fees and all the Deposits once your item is processed for return.
Shipping Information
Regardless of how many things are in an order, all orders have a single flat shipping cost, and all items on our website include delivery information on their pages. Our best-selling items are kept in stock and may typically be delivered the next day if ordered by 4 p.m. on a business day. Orders placed before 4 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Items that sell less often may take longer to arrive since they are purchased directly from our sources for your order once it is placed. Normally, parcels are delivered by AnPost or DHL for international delivery, although this may change at any time.

Due to the weight of some of the products available on our site, such as Electrostatic Sprayer , Disinfection Tunnel , Surface Protectant, delivery costs may differ from those listed above. If your order requires additional delivery charges, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
To guarantee that packages are delivered to the correct person, we ask that you select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your packages during business hours. If you want your shipment delivered to your workplace or neighbours, you can enter an alternative delivery address after checkout.
A valid phone number is also required in case the courier or our customer service department has to contact you regarding your delivery. We value your privacy and will only share your personal information with third parties if it is required to complete your order.
To ensure on-time delivery, please enter a complete and accurate address. This must match the Eircode database for Irish addresses; if you are unsure about the address, consult the Eircode website. Parcels will be delayed as DPD couriers manually investigate and sort addresses that do not match the eircode address or are incomplete.
All products have a clear delivery time indicated on them. Products in our warehouse are available for delivery the next working day Dispatch only on orders placed before 3.30pm; orders placed after 3.30pm will be delivered the next working day.All orders in Ireland, including Northern Ireland, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days . On orders placed before 2.00pm, products dispatched to the United Kingdom and Europe will arrive in 2-4 working days. International orders will arrive in 7-15 working days.
As a guide, all products have delivery times explicitly noted on them. When numerous items with varying dispatch or delivery times are ordered, orders may be delivered together if all of the items are available to ship simultaneously. Please contact us if you desire products sooner; extra shipping costs may apply.
If you have any questions concerning delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you. The Mobility Shop will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery and/or performance estimates, but it will not be obligated to reimburse the Customer for non-delivery, non-performance, or late delivery under any circumstances.
The delivery time will not be critical or a requirement of the contract.
If you do not get your order within the indicated delivery time, please contact us by email or phone, and we will make every effort to guarantee that your package arrives as soon as possible.
