Rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen from the anterior nares. Identification is based on monoclonal antibodies specific for the nu-nucleocapsid (N) protein of SARS-CoV-2. The SEJOY assays also reliably detect the novel mutations DELTA, LAMBDA and OMICRON.
